Whitewood Forest Acres HOA

The WFA Board of Directors consists of five volunteer members elected by the property owners at the Annual Meeting held each September. Members serve a 2- or 3-year staggered term. Board members are not compensated for their time in any way, nor do they receive any reduction of dues or fines, if assessed. The Board consists of a President, Vice President and three Members-at-Large. Each position carries one equal vote.

 

The Board of Directors is the contracting authority for the WFA community and is the final arbiter of neighbor-to-neighbor disputes and interpreter of community policies and guidelines.

 

Due to the assigned and necessary duties, our Secretary/Treasurer is a paid, non-voting appointed position.
